01 — The drawing

It starts with a sheet of paper.

A marketing PDF, a scan, a JPEG from your brochure. No CAD file, no site visit, no camera. Everything below is derived from that one image.

02 — The measure

Every dimension exists exactly once.

The printed room sizes become axes, and the axes become the building. Nothing is drawn twice, so nothing can disagree with itself — the model matches the plan to a fraction of an inch.

03 — The walls

Walls that know their openings.

Door swings, headers, sills, jamb returns. A door that could not open into the room is not a door we build — and that is caught before anyone sees the model, not after.

04 — 08 — The rest of the build

Then it stops being a drawing.

  1. Cabinetry. Kitchen and bath come out of the plan, not out of a catalogue: base runs break at the sink and the range, uppers break at the window, an island gets no back panel because there is no wall behind it.
  2. Furniture, built to the room. Sofas, beds, tables and shelving are made to the size the room allows — and a piece that would block a doorway or leave less than a yard of walking room is left out, with a line saying which piece and why.
  3. Daylight, baked. Sun position from latitude and time of day, real sky through the windows, interior fixtures in every room. It is computed once, on a rented card, and shipped as a texture — so a phone renders it for free.
  4. Three ways to look. Dollhouse from above, flat plan, and eye level inside — the same model, no reload between them.
  5. The hand-off. One iframe on your model page. It loads a still first, the tour when the visitor asks for it, and falls back to a recorded walkthrough where WebGL will not run.

These five scenes are not animated on this page yet. The pipeline behind them is built and running; what is missing here is the picture.
