01 — The drawing

It starts with the plan you already have.

A brochure PDF, a scan, a JPEG from a sell sheet. The printed room sizes become axes, and the axes become the building — so every dimension in the model exists exactly once and nothing can disagree with itself.

02 — Openings

We recognize windows, doors and openings automatically.

Swings, headers, sills, jamb returns. A door that could not open into its own room is caught here — before anyone sees the model, not after.

03 — Kitchen and bath

Cabinetry comes out of the plan, not out of a catalogue.

Base runs break at the sink and the range. Uppers break at the window. An island gets no back panel, because there is no wall behind it.

04 — Furniture

Built to the room, not dropped into it.

Every piece is made to the size the room allows. A piece that would block a doorway or leave less than a yard of walking room is left out — and you get a line saying which piece, where, and why.

05 — Light

The sun is computed once, then baked in.

Sun angle from latitude and time of day, real sky through the glass, fixtures in every room. It is solved on a rented GPU and shipped as a texture — so the phone in your buyer’s hand renders it for free.

What happens

Three things happen, and two of them are ours.

You send a plan

The image you already have. Printed room sizes help; without them we ask you for one known dimension and calibrate the whole sheet against it.

We build it and show you

You walk the tour before anything is final. What you want changed, you change by looking at it and clicking — not by writing a spec.

You embed one line

An iframe on your own model page. It loads a still first and the tour when the visitor asks for it, and falls back to a recorded walkthrough where WebGL will not run.

What is in the build

Everything below comes off the plan, not out of a template.

  1. Shell and openings. Walls at real thickness, door swings tested against the room they open into, window sills and headers at the heights the sheet prints.
  2. Kitchen and bath. Base and wall cabinets, counters, island, range and hood, tub, vanity and toilet — placed from the fixture lines on the plan.
  3. Furniture to size. Sofas, beds, tables and shelving made to the room. Clearances, door swings and walking room are measured, not estimated.
  4. Daylight, baked. Sun from latitude and time of day, sky through the glass, interior fixtures. Computed once, shipped as a texture.
  5. Three ways to look. Dollhouse, flat plan and eye level inside, with room dimensions on tap.
  6. The hand-off. One iframe, your domain, a poster image first and a recorded walkthrough as the fallback.
